Deacons

John Wilson

John Wilson is married to Alison. He is responsible for prison ministry and is head steward. John has an effective testimony to the saving grace of Christ and is often in demand to give his testimony to various groups and organisations.

Peter Warren

Peter Warren is in charge of the multimedia system and CD recordings. He also runs the Over 50’s fellowship.

David Hicken

David Hicken is married to Doreen and lives in Darwen. He visits the housebound and others in liaison with the pastor and runs a house group in Oswaldtwistle.

David Bailey

David Bailey helps run our sound and multimedia system. He is also responsible for church social events.

Pastor & Elders
Rev Robert Clarke
	Robert Clarke has been pastor of the church since 1997. He has pastored churches in Birmingham, Wigan and Blackpool, and was the founder pastor of the Elim church in Preston. He has also conducted several missions in Hungary and Romania. He is a trained artist and taught for several years at Fleetwood Grammar and at Parklands High School, Chorley. He is married to Rita and has two grown-up children.

Kevan Lane
Kevan Lane comes from the south of England and is married to Julie. He oversees junior church, leads the church’s prayer life and as co-ordinator of evangelism longs to see the lost find Christ as Saviour.

Alan Marsden
	Alan Marsden is a school teacher at the boys’ grammar school in Skipton. He is youth leader and church secretary.

We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.
